MY APPROACH
I offer a gentle, individualised approach where your parenting style and beliefs are the most important ingredient to the plan.
I am so very delighted to bring my varied experiences from the all of families I have worked with to Mornington Peninsula Lactation and offer personalised Lactation Consulting where each family will be helped to develop and achieve their personal goals for feeding and parenting.
We all know there is no "one size fits all" for feeding and parenting. That's why small careful adjustments can make a huge difference if applied in the right situation in the right way. Children and their experience of the world need to be respected, we can decode their messages together and improve the experience and wellness of the whole family.

Having a postgraduate qualification in childhood development and family health in the community places me in a great position to be able to support you through those tricky moments, and the "is this normal?" questions beyond the first few weeks.

I’m very much looking forward to meeting your family and your precious little one. Let's find a plan together that works for you.

SERVICES AND FEES

FACE TO FACE CONSULTATION
During the initial consultation, your hopes for feeding will be explored as well as family dynamics and an assessment of current feeding. Drawing from my nearly 20 years of experience we can explore current, relevant information about infant and childhood growth and development and how this effects feeding. I offer a personalised approach to your concerns and help you identify your strengths and tap into your instincts, guiding you closer to your feeding goals. My focus is on what is important to you. Each family will have differing needs, adding a professional and specialised perspective will see you growing in confidence each day.
During your initial consultation we spend the time to assess concerns and find useful, achievable solutions.
Review consultations can be booked if necessary to follow up with your plan.

TELEHEALTH CONSULTATION
Living with COVID-19 can sometimes mean face to face is not the safest option for families. I'm delighted to advise that during 2020 Telehealth consultations were found to be a very successful way of delivering individualised care for clients in the comfort and safety of their own home. No need to get out of your trackies!
